Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our creative services, we do not offer refunds once a project has started. However, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Design Ownership: Once the full payment is received, the final approved designs and content belong to the client.
Usage Rights: We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Third-Party Materials: Clients must ensure that any provided content (logos, images, text) does not infringe on copyrights.
5. Revisions & Modifications
Revisions: The number of revisions depends on the selected package. Any extra revisions may be charged separately.
Project Changes: Major modifications after project approval will require additional charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
✔ Provide all required content, images, and details promptly.
✔ Review and approve work within the agreed timeline.
✔ Ensure that provided materials comply with legal and copyright standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Technical failures or issues on third-party platforms.
- Losses due to incorrect use of designs or marketing strategies.
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- The client fails to make payments on time.
- There is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Unethical or illegal content is requested.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and ensure that all sensitive information shared with us remains confidential.
